Green Island Smoothie

This smoothie takes us to paradise. Picture yourself on a deserted island with warm sunshine, green palm trees swaying in the warm breeze, and seagulls calling from above. We can’t guarantee that this smoothie will take you there, but it’s worth a shot, right? Try out this blended beauty, packed with vitamins, greens, a mellow green tea flavor and natural sweetness. Vegan and gluten-free!

Serves: 1

Active time: 5 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup light coconut milk (or nut milk)

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cup Earnest Eats Mango Green Tea Superfood Oatmeal

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

  • Add more milk for a thinner consistency, or less milk to make a thick smoothie bowl.

  • Feel free to add protein powder.

  • Top your smoothie with granola and coconut flakes for extra tropical vibes!
