PB & J Overnight Oats

These PB & J Overnight Oats have all the flava of your fav childhood sandwich. Because who doesn’t crave a PB&J every once in a while?!

 

Gluten-free. Vegan.

Serves: 2

Active time: 5 minutes

Total time: 5+ hours

 

Ingredients:

1 container (67g) Earnest Eats Blueberry Chia Superfood Oatmeal

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup jam or jelly

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

 

Instructions:

  1. Remove the lid from your Earnest Eats oatmeal cup.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the oatmeal. Stir everything inside the cup.
  3. Place the lid back on the cup and place in the refrigerator.
  4. Keep in the fridge overnight, or for at least 5 hours.
  5. Eat your overnight oats cold, or warm them up on the stove or in the microwave. Add any toppings you like!
